Wen Jun and Professor Chijian Ye

Admire the exquisite work of painter Wen Jun and ceramicist Professor Chijian Ye. After venerated careers as art educators, both artists have immersed themselves in their respective disciplines – finding success in China and abroad.

A graduate of the Xi’an Academy of Fine Arts in China, Wen Jun’s renderings of ancient Chinese narratives contrast with the contemporary ceramics of Professor Chijian Ye. Now based in Whitehorse, Professor Ye is a graduate of the Guangzhou and Xi’An Academies of Fine Arts and has published widely on art, craft and sculpture.
