Box Hill Town Hall - Lower HallLocated beneath the Main Hall, it provides the additional flexibility of being able to use the rooms in conjunction with one another if additional space is required or complementary activities are planned. It is air conditioned and carpeted throughout and features a parquetry dance floor, bordered by six pillars. It provides an ideal venue for meetings, seminars, conferences and displays.

The room has an area of 432 square metres (24m x 18m x 3m high approx.).


Sound System:
A radio microphone and public-address system with inter-connecting facility to the Main Hall and the Whitehorse Room are available, if required. Audio-visual equipment is also available on request. .

Lighting:
Kemtrak spotlights and indirect lighting, provide an attractive setting in this carpeted room. The Lower Hall also boasts a bandstand a parquetry dance floor.

Kitchen:
A commercial kitchen is located adjacent to the room and is equipped to cater for large gatherings with gas ovens and cooking rings, commercial refrigeration, food warmer, continuous boiling water and dishwasher.
