The Main Hall boasts a wooden parquetry floor and a full size stage with a performance area. It consists of a commercial kitchen, capable of catering for large numbers and has adequate heating and cooling throughout. It provides an ideal venue for an exhibition, dinner dance, seminar, conference or theatre production. The Main Hall can be used in conjunction with both the Lower Hall or the Whitehorse Room to provide a large, flexible area to meet a variety of requirements.

The room has an area of 432 square metres (24m x 18m x 10m high approx.).The stage area is 8m x 10m x 6m high approx. and has a performance area of approx. 72 square metres.

The room has its own public-address system, tape or CD facilities & radio microphone with speakers connecting to the Whitehorse Room, Lower Hall and Foyer if required. Audio-visual equipment is available on request. Viewing of the P.A. system is recommended when making a final decision for requirements.

Kitchen:

A commercial kitchen capable of catering for large numbers is adjacent to the Main Hall and has a service lift operating from an outside loading bay. It is equipped with gas ovens, dishwasher, food warmer, continuous boiling water, and commercial cool room.
A bar facility is also available for use in conjunction with the Main Hall, with bench area, glass dishwasher and large fridge available.
