Whitehorse Room

The Whitehorse Room is ideal for meetings and conferences or it can be used in conjunction with the adjacent Main Hall. Free Wi-Fi is available.

• Cabaret style: 80 people

Matsudo Room

Named after the City of Whitehorse’s sister city in Japan, the Matsudo Room is suitable for conferences and boardroom meetings. Its intimate atmosphere also makes it ideal for private functions such as cocktail parties, formal dining and weddings. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Seating capacity:

• Theatre style: 120 people
• Cabaret style: 110 people (including foyer)
• Boardroom style: 30 people

Gawler Room

The room is available for boardroom meetings, training sessions, interviews, workshops or demonstrations and can also be used in conjunction with the Matsudo Room. Free Wi-Fi is avaliable.

Arundel Wrighte Room

The Arundel Wrighte Room is perfect for interview sessions or small boardroom meetings. Free Wi-Fi is avaliable.

Padgham Room

The Padgham Room offers an abundance of natural light and is ideal for small boardroom meetings and training sessions. It includes an annex adjacent to the main room that can be used for catering purposes. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Seating capacity:

• Boardroom style: 12 -15 people
• U shape style: 8 -12 people
• Theatre style: 20-30 people
• Classroom style: 18 people

Boyland Room

The Boyland Room is a modern, well lit meeting room option which includes an ante-room at the entrance, which is often used for serving refreshments or as a breakout room. Free Wi-Fi is avaliable.

• U-shape style: 25-30 people            
• Classroom style: 35 people

Visual Arts Room

The Visual Arts Room is ideal for medium-sized meetings and training events. It also includes a double door entrance which makes it easier for people with special needs.

• U-shape style: 20-25 people            
• Classroom style: 15-18 people
